Quote: A man convinced against his own will is of the same opinions still. -Emily's Toybox

Er... So I've been busy ok? Although with what, I'm not really sure. It seems as though time is traveling very quickly and I'm losing track. At least loosing track of my blog and some of my friends too. Guess that's what happens when life changes so much.

I'm literally sitting here waiting for my weekend to start. I have to wait for the automatic doors to lock and then I am outa here.

New Music

Rob Zombie - Educated Horses: This definitly does not sound like the Rob Zombie I know and love. Not to say that it isn't good. It's just not quite as heavy as his stuff used to be.

Godsmack - IV: I really really need to give this one another chance. My initail feelings about this one was disapointment. I really didn't like it. But because it's Godsmack I'm going to try again.

Fall Out Boy - From Under the Cork Tree: I bought this CD for one song. I've been trying to listen to the rest of it, but I'm so stuck on the song "Sugar we're going down" that I keep playing it over and over.

Till next time kiddies

Tired

My first Saturday off and it rains. Guess I should have figured on that one.

My first weekend off and it's been a busy one. There was a birthday party at noon to go to and a lot of things to do before hand. Had to run to the store, because I was junk food girl. Also picked up some roses for me mother because I won't see her on mother's day. Then I got to this party and although the sky seemed nice, we could all hear the thunder rumbling. So some rain tent things were set up. There were a few small showers which we all laughed at. "Ha ha, we are sheltered from this silly little bit of rain". Well then the sky opened up and it started pouring. So we all rushed inside and ate some cake. After a little while I wanted to leave, so the boy and I headed back to his place and crashed for a nap. I just woke up a little while ago, and all I want to do is go back to bed. But there is an Emily's Toybox show to go to and being the diligent fans we are, we will attend.

Tomorrow we are supposed to go off roading, but I'm not feeling into it. Mostly because there are a few people going whose company I do not enjoy.

But we shall see how it goes.

My new baby!

Undoubtedly you have been wondering where I have been these past few weeks.

Or maybe not. But in any case I will show you what i have been doing.

TA DA!

This is mine and the boy's new bike. We bought it on Monday. It's not really new, it's actually almost as old as the boy is. LOL But it is ours. And now we can go riding with his parents instead of borrowing his parents bike. The bike is in really excellent shape for being 23 years old, it was well taken care of. It's not really my style of bike, it's got all the "stuff" in the front that I would rather not have, but it's exactly what the boy wanted. Although we would have both preferred it to say Harley Davidson instead of Yamaha. But the price was right and we couldn't resist. (And this way when we do eventually buy a Harley, I get what I want.)

I finally am only working two jobs. My last day for one of them was Saturday. It was a good day. My manager bought me a beautiful necklace from a place I know is expensive, and all my co-workers chipped in for a gift card. They got me a cake with a little toy Harley on it, and a sunset airbrushed onto the icing. It read: off into the sunset, good luck on it.

I haven't been reading much, I've been too tired. My allergies are really bad and I'm not sleeping well, so I've been going to bed early.

My new job is great.

Everything is great.

Be back later with more tales from the road.
